letumgo 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2010 One of my friends fishes a similar fly for steelhead and absolutely hammers them with it. He calls his fly carpet yarn (material he uses to tye it). Your pattern reminds me of Frank Sawyer's famous killer bug pattern (minus the tail). Great fishing fly (sincere compliment).
