What I great site! Born and bred in southeast pennsylvania and I have been fishing for as long as my memory allows, roughly 45 years. Cut my eye teeth fishing streams then after buying a small boat began fishing lakes but now I fish mostly on the Delaware river, Delaware bay, and the jersey surf.

 

My father fly fished for many years but I never took it up largely due to lack of time and finances. Now, my kids are both away in college and I have plenty of time on my hands. Last month I bought my first fly rod. Unfortunately my father passed a number of years ago but I inherited all of his fly tying stuff (my brother got all the rods since he took up fly fishing years ago)

 

I have been tying my own bucktails and such for years so I figure ill just jump right into the fly tying. Looking forward to learning from the site. I will mostly be tying for stream bass and I can't wait to get this going.
