West Coast Surf Flies

Recommended Posts

All flies are in. I will break them out over the next couple of days and send them off. Thank you everyone. Your flies all came out great. I think everyone will enjoy seeing all the different takes on the flies.

Got the flies today. Great looking bunch. Looking forward to trying some of them tomorrow morning at Santa Monica Beach. Thanks for hosting the swap singletrack.

Yep, mine came in on the morning tide. Beautiful bunch and since I probably will never to use them in the surf I see no reason they can't produce in some of the local lakes for bass, hybrids, carp, and even crappie on a couple of the smaller ones. Will give them a whirl locally before I let them go to a friend on the coast.

Glad you are all satisfied. I thought they came out great. I would be interested to know how they work in fresh water.
