What do you think of this as a fly tying desk?

This one from Overstock has more surface, and more storage, and is priced lower. If you really have to have the flip top to hide your area, then try this rolltop desk. Its bigger, has more storage, and is very close in price.

Thanks so much for all your suggestions. I should've pointed out that I live in a large studio apartment, so

I'd like something with a roll top or flip-down top.

 

Right now I'm using my dining table. It's certainly big enough, but messy.

This is what I use to, 4 foot fold up table from a big box store. Easy to move around the house/garage and easy to slide into a closet when done.

I'd look around before buying the one in your op. For that kind of money you can get one much nicer, but not necessarily too big for your place.

I am in the process of making me a tying bench. I have an office desk that I intend to set it on top of. If I did not already have the office desk I sure would jump on that oak roll desk. Looks like a great desk for the price!
