Jaydub 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2015 In my post I was referring to bulk at the tie-down point after the loop has been wrapped. I never get the loop exactly the right length. So it's either remove the excess dubbing or tie down over it. It's not usually a big deal though. With split thread there is a clean transition from dubbing to thread with no tie-down. ive alwasy created dubbing loops with 1-2 wraps of thread so bulk at the tie in point is irrelavent as it will be eventually covered up by the the first wrap of the dubbing Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
