Musky Fly Swap 2017

Recommended Posts

Please keep me in mind if there are any leftovers.

(Hey, no harm in trying....)

Wish I had the materials to tie that size.

I hope someone will do a Pike fly swap.

Cheers, Ron...

I would love to do a swap. I don't think I have participated in enough just yet.

Ron I'll throw a big ugly streamer in your box when I send it back to you.

Cool Thanks!

I figure if I can get into a couple more swaps to show that I am capable of producing "fishable flies" , I would be willing to host a swap.

I will let you know for sure Eastern Fly

Cheers,

Ron

Went out this past weekend to do a bit more tweaking to some patterns. Moved 6 fish, 4 came into the figure 8 for a few turns, and one eat that came unbuttoned :/ I have had worse days, now time to start cranking out some flies!

Sounds like a great day to me. We have 2+ months of ice on the lakes.

My set is at the post office. Hoping they make it safely, lately some packages in and out of here have been trashed. Let me know if I need to replace any. I cannot wait to see everyone's contribution although I too have about 7-8 weeks waiting, before my TigerMusky lake thaws. Thanks for a great swap...

7 or 8 weeks???? Crap, my season for Muskie isn't open til June 3rd.

Now I feel lucky. Waters in Wyoming are basically open all year, although we have a few temporary closures to protect some special, trout spawning runs. Still, I think I would trade you when I think of the quality Muskie fishing in your areas.
