Papa Baske 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2017 navel lint works best Yeah, you just have to mix it with earwax to make it waterrepellent. Also a great fire starter

xvigauge 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2017 navel lint works best I've tried that. One just cannot get enough at one time to tie anymore than one small nymph. Joe

mvendon 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2017 Here you go. Be forewarned - I haven't tied anything since early July when I tied a small bunch for the CFR donation fly box so it's not perfect. Presenting the dryer lint Adams. Used the body from a load of tee shirts, jeans and under garment lint from last weeks load Regards, Mark

Saltybum 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2017 Dryer link fantastic for starting fires. No Vaseline needed either. Starts super easy with just the sparks from a survival kit fire started. Stuff some in a baggie and carry with you for emergencies in the outdoors.
