Eide, damn that's nice. Amazing that you can tie that much on a hook shank and still have a head smaller than a dewdrop. Looks psychedelic - might trigger some flashbacks among the Woodstock veterans.

@fshng2. The mysis is clear for most part so clear tubes size small. I have yet to tie the mysis but Kimo has done a box full and they look outstanding. I was only able to get small tubing in amber and my hopes is with mallard flank fibers inside it the color will be a close match as the tubes is really thin.

tag - Danville flat wax flame red
rib - oval tinsel gold
body - olive dyed hare's ear
body hackle - brown (undersize by 1)
wing - red, yellow, blue bucktail
hackle - brown

Don't know if a Purple Haze would catch fish but its' Catchy with several generations of listeners. Man, I am getting to be an old goat:(
