troutmaster08 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2021 I've had a renzetti traveler for about a month now and it takes a LOT of force to rotate. It makes it impossible to wrap tinsel or hackle effectively. Does anyone know how to adjust this? Thanks.

breambuster 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2021 Have you loosened the thumb screw at the top of the vice where the vertical post and the horizontal jaw assemble come together? I have to keep tightening this screw on my Traveler to keep the vice from rotating when I don’t want it to. Yours may be extremely tight. BB
SilverCreek 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2021 That's the collet screw and is exactly what I wrote on the other duplicate thread the OP started.
flytire 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2021 make your tension adjustments where the arrows are pointing loosen the knob at the end by the handle and then back off on the knob in the middle. retighten the end knob when you get the right tension youll have to play around with loosening and tightening to get it right where you want it or loosen the knob that is inline with the vise stem if your vise has one
