  3. Hay I like the DR Slick Large stacker it's works great for large flys. I don't tye many salt water flys. If the flys are very large you might have to hand stack. http://www.jsflyfishing.com/cgi-bin/item/O...ir-Stacker.html

  14. For me I use both beaded and non beaded I find times I want a bead to get it down or the H20 is dirty and sometimes I don't need any weight and the H20 has good visibility so I use both equally.

  16. Hay Congrats I would be super stoked as well you have nothing to worry about you will do a great job. Just some food for thought keep your fly's on the easy side (only tye ones you feel very comfortable about for your first time) and from the pics on here you will have a lot of fly's to choose from Way to go :headbang:

  19. Where does one get some balsa wood? Do you get it at the lumber yard or do you have to so to a specialty wood shop
  20. Thanks for all the great stuff. I live in Ontario Canada and I have been to 3 Wal marts and a number of drug stores with no luck. Is there anyone form Canada who has got some and where did you get them?
  21. I just want to know what razor blades do you use for tying. I am looking for double sided razor blades ones you can bend in your hand for trimming deer hair to get the proper shape you want. I can only find double sided razors that are very stiff and won't bend. Do people get disposable razors and take the blade out of them? Test
