i do sometimes when fishing for bass with craw patterns...bad part is the scent ruin the flies and really doesn't make a big difference

i've use rope tied to a hook with a clouser pattern

i am guilty of using scent at times....some scents ruin the fly ie:rubber legs, zonker strip. i dont have a problem using scents but i am just a bass fisherman
