  1. Thanks for the update, glad they made it. Thanks for hosting
  2. Rich, may I add my congratulations to your son. I agree with Chase Creek, no way to do this without alot of family support. I have such fond memories of Scouting in Oregon, I learned so much about being in the woods and to have respect for the outdoors. While I never was an Eagle Scout, I did manage to make it to Life Scout before I discovered girls and rock and roll
  3. Hey Mike, Flies are in the mail, Thanks for hosting. I'm looking forward to see what I get in return
  4. OK Deeky, the package is in the hands of the Postal Service. The clerk was a little curious about the moaning sound however
  5. I'm not seeking retaliation...just help paying for three prosthetic fingers and plastic surgery to replace the tip of my nose. I'll wait till I see deeky's photos. My wife may be seeking compensation for the stress caused by the cussing and screaming coming from my tying room. While I have no injuries the hair loss seems to be permanent..........
  6. OK, flies are headed across the Pacific along with some goodies for hosting. Thanks fly_fischa for a great swap.

  8. What a nice package in my mailbox this afternoon. :yahoo: I guess I will have to try and get on the water tomorrow Thanks Eric for hosting this swap and thanks to all the tiers, my flybox runneth over!
  9. Looks like the flies may have arrived. I have a package from Canada waiting for me at the Post Office. I told my wife about the whole issue, she looked at me and asked "Why would anyone want to steal a set of flies?" Keep in mind this is a woman who doesn't quite get the concept of standing in the middle of a cold river and casting string and feathers to catch fish. I am begining to think our theif is on your side of the country and not here in Sacramento
  10. Mike, When a swap fills up this quick, it is usually a good idea! Put me down for an Elk Hair Yellow Sally.
  11. Our package was delivered today in Vermont. I received the following email from them: Hi Bob: Box arrived today and how wonderful!!! We can’t say thank you enough for your contribution!! Best, Carole

  19. Clear across the whole country in 3 days...10 days from maybe 1500 miles and still not there...Canada Post You stink! I think there's a customs agent out there that likes to fly fish. In truth though it may be a few more days before they arrive. Probably related to a Sacramento Postal worker
