lawrence 0 Report post Posted September 3, 2011 Hi Guys last year we were in Montana for the FFF conclave doing a work shop on wire woven flies, this was a great success and we had a great time. Here are a few new patterns we have been developing. These are patterns using UTC wire not only gives the fly extra weight it gives a great profile, hope you enjoy them

Rocco 0 Report post Posted September 3, 2011 The picts to me look like touching spiral wraps rather than true woven patterns. Am I wrong? Would not be the first tiem. Rocco

bad fish rising 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2011 tie a few inverted with the wing case on the inside of the curve i use flies like this and i think a weighted fly on a scud hook rides upside down most of the time
