smalltownfisherman 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2012 Ok guys, I am thinking of starting a swap after being away from the vise for a few months. I need some good motivation to return to cranking out some creative fish bait. Just looking for some support and some ideas on what type of swap this should be. I hosted swaps in the past, and those times were awesome. I loved seeing everyone's tying techniques and all the different patterns! I was thinking that there should be 16 participants with a 2 month deadline. Thanks! ~StF

smalltownfisherman 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 Around where I live there aren't many opportunities for Trout. I mostly go for Crappie, Panfish, and Bass.

smalltownfisherman 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 Maybe a bass swap then, guys? I am not that good at spinning deer hair, but I whip up mean bass streamers!
bluegill576 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 I like the carp one. I think 24 tiers is way to many especially for a bass swap because the big patterns can take quite some time.
famill00 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2012 I agree. If it is bass then cap it at 15 maximum..... -Forrest
