Taking Pictures of Flies

I have been looking for some information on how to go about photographing my flies and making the pictures come out great with a budget digital camera. Could any on lend some advice or were I would be able to find this information?

A friend of mine use the lens of the lamp whit his macro option of his camera to make picture of his flie.

 

 

a lamp like this lamp is use. He put his camera in front the glass of the lamp. He take the option MACRO on his camara and here the result at this page from a bord like this one in quebec, canada .

anyone try to make a full photo booth for em? i was thinking abot making some out of project board (the sandwiched foam stuff), its pretty reflective, so it should provide good full light, and the white background is nice.

Here is a box I built a while back out of pine. It's very sturdy, and I can easily attach a number of lamps to it. I also put in some clamps in the back to allow me to change backgrounds easily.
