  1. Sounds like a really nice book. I will certainly check it out.
  2. I love Idaho! Looks like you had a great time.
  3. E/C caddis size 14-18 THREAD: Olive TAIL: Ginger Zelon or Antron ABDOMEN: Ginger Haretron WING: Deer HACKLE: Dun saddle THORAX: Green rabbit
  4. Looks like you had a great time.
  5. Could we please include the Traveler in this discussion as well. I have the opportunity to buy a Traveler at a greatly reduced price but the 2000 looks like a better quality vise.
  6. Kelly's T & A rainbow has been my best streamer pattern. i would say the Circus Peanut is a close second. Kelly designs a mean fly!!!! :headbang:
  7. Good stuff. Beer, browns and big streamers........life is good!
  8. I think quill bodies look more realistic but I don't really like tying them. Dubbing is more durable and so much easier to work with (for me) that I tie 90% of my flies with dubbing. I can also tweak my dubbing colors more to my liking. You can't do that with quills.
  9. Either a wooly worm or wooly bugger. It was a long time ago!
