Being a Jeep person I am sad to see somebody get rid of a Jeep for Hummer but my familys 97 grand is horrible on the sand, not enough tire and too much power for low range but not enough for highrange. Looking at the stats on the H3 I think if you got it with the rear locker it would be a killer stock sand vehical.

Sounds like a good trip. Last weekend did a little spin fishing off Chesapeake Bay Bridge Pier and caught our limit of snapper blues. I was wishing I could have been flyfishing.

2 useless things. 1. Bobbin rest ( still have not gotten the hang of using it) 2. Minnow trap for bait fishing ( never have caught enough bait with it to use)

My Renzetti is a pedestal model but that is my stay at home vice. I have an AA vice that I have set up to be able to use with both C-clamp and pedestal that I use whenever I travel. The pedestal does not bother me when I change tables except I can't tie on the coffee table because it is too low for anything unless I had about a 2 ft extention.

About the only thing I have found is that I would like to see a change is when you click on the members name on the map it just sends you to the map. Not sure if it is supposed to do that or if that is a future feature to be able to just go directly to the persons profile. Otherwise it is sweet.

I have heard that Right handed people should play hockey left handed because it puts their dominate hand at the top of the stick where you are controling the blade more. That said I just can't do it, I carry a lefty stick but just can not get used to the grip.

Strait up. Sometimes if the orchard next to the farm has enough left over by the end of cider season the guy will let it sit till it gets cold, then let it freeze outside. chip around the outside of the cider and in the core is some good old hard cider. Mmm Mmm That stuff sure did the trick back when I was much younger then I am now. Nowadays if I want cider I go to this pub a few blocks from my apartment. 22oz of 22proof cider with some black rasberry sauce on the bottom, boy is that good and it will warm you up real nice

Shops that claim they are a flyshop but are not in all reality. False info( my shop has done it to me a few times, but I think they were given the false info to pass on by someone else) rude employes. employes who know nothing. Not having the materials I need and not offering when I ask if they have any in the back to order some for me. a place that tries to push something I don't need on me, a little " hey man you really could use this rod" in a joking manor is just fine and infact I like to see.

This is what dad has, I am going to change all my lines this winter so I should not talk. Rocket Taper cortland 333 5wt today he got Orvis wonderline wf 8wt in striper taper( still not sure what that means) I like the cortland on my 5 wt so I think I will go with that and I am not sure what I will do for my 10 wt or my 4wt. edit: Just got Orvis Wonderline WF 10wt Striper taper. It is a huge jump in line quality then the stuff that came with the rod( $100 kit, perfect for since I use the rod maybe 2 weeks out of the year)

So what is everyones thoughts on Kreel Klaws? you know those premade suede "claws" for crawfish patterns. I use them but I really don't like the fact I have to buy the things instead of cutting them out myself. Those minnow tails are different though, I will not use them.

a couple of those Klawdad's. I found that I like them after yesterday I hooked into and lost a 5+lb smallie :wallbash: Tying them with very large eyes so my buddy can fish with them on his spinning rod.
