  12. I was fishing this weekend on the Fall River. When I got home I found a great set of flies had come in the mail. It was fun to look through all the creative patters. I would like to thank vicrider for letting me participate in my first fly swap. It was a lot of fun and I hope to take part in more. Thanks for the extra flies too! Jim
  13. The Aggravator flies are completed and will go out in the mail tomorrow. Thanks for putting on the swap Bryon. This was just my second swap so I hope I am doing everything correctly. Thanks again for letting me in. Jim
  14. The Cupboard Ants are finished and going out in the mail in the morning.
  15. Thanks for letting me play vicrider! The Cupboard and is a cool little tie that uses pieces of cupboard liner for the body. This fly has a great look and is fun to tie. I do have a question. Do I send two boxes? One for the completed sent flies and one empty box for return flies? Or is one box with the completed flies sufficient? Sorry for the newbie questions. If I uses an Altoid box should I ship in a bubble wrap envelope?
  16. I would like to be in with the Burk's Aggravator. This has been a great pattern that can work as a damselfly nymph, stonefly, minnow or crawdad. It has fished well on the west slope of the Sierras in Ca. This pattern was fun to teach to the tying group of the Kaweah Fly Fishers in Visalia Ca.
  17. Is there any room left in the swap? I am new to all this but have been wanting to join one for quite a while. I help teach tying sessions for the Kaweah Fly Fishers Club in Visalia Ca. I just lead a session on tying the Cupboard Ant. Let me know if I can get in on this one. If I'm late I understand. Jim
