LisaLou 0 Report post Posted February 12 Hi, I found a reference to a person who wove flies back in the 1940’s, out of Detroit Michigan. I believe he may have owned a sporting goods store and found references to him teaching fly tying as libraries. I think his full name is Edward C. Reith, but I’m not sure. I found the reference in an old fly tying book available for free online. There are many old fly tying books available online, in the public domain. As I enjoy tying in hand, I like looking through these books.
