Philly 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2006 Here's the one I tie up. This one's in blue. Not the best picture. I was reading OLB's instructions for his. Not a whole lot of difference in the tying style. One difference is I wrap my thread around the needle as I build the tail segments. Though I sometimes use the extra foam from the tail for the body, I've been using a separate piece in my more recent ties. The eyes are a small black foam cylinder. The wings aren't split, and are Rainbow Mirror Image and the hook is a Mustad 3777.
