Hans Weilenmann 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 Familiar looking pattern I suggest you move the tie-in point of the deer hair slightly closer to the eye of the hook. Like shown here: Cheers, Hans W
ditz2 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 My advise is that you send me half a dozen so I can see if they will work in my warm water creeks.
Crackaig 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 The only way to tie those is as they are tied in that video, after all its his pattern. Here in the UK Terry Griffiths is well known as a writer and photographer on fly tying. I've seen this quote from him in one of the magazines, [CdC and Elk] "The best dry fly for both river and still water ever". Cheers, C.

Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2012 Jed D H there are no sales of anything outside of the trading floor so no talk of selling/price in the tying bench section. Also...why are all of your posts posted as a "poll". Please stop posting as polls, simply click "post new topic" from now on and not as a poll. Thank you. FTF Staff.
