Familiar looking pattern

 

I suggest you move the tie-in point of the deer hair slightly closer to the eye of the hook. Like shown here:

My advise is that you send me half a dozen so I can see if they will work in my warm water creeks.

The only way to tie those is as they are tied in that video, after all its his pattern.

Here in the UK Terry Griffiths is well known as a writer and photographer on fly tying. I've seen this quote from him in one of the magazines,

[CdC and Elk] "The best dry fly for both river and still water ever".
