not too crazy about collins hackle wrapped on the body and it needs to be slightly shorter. switch to whiting

 

front hackle needs to be slightly longer

 

shorten the tail just a bit

 

however it will catch fish

Looks good to me! I think (like you said) it will fish great! The fish wont care. To hackle the front larger with the same feather size, then just dub the head. Dubbing will bulk up that section and also give it a different color (if you so choose). If you dub it thick, the. That hackle will be appear larger, and tied with the same feather.
