Permitcapt 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 I quit trying to post, because it was so difficult. My pics were all rejected because they were too large. Like most consumers, if I face too many hurdles, I just go someplace else to spend my time.
chugbug27 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 Just resize or crop so it's under 2MB, no biggie
Peterjay 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 There's no earthly reason to post anything as large as 2 MB. Resize your pic to 800 or 1000 maximum at 72 ppi. This one's 1000 pixels max, and 180 KB. Even with more detail in the photo, you should be able to knock the size way down from 2 MB.
tjm 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 Just resize or crop so it's under 2MB, no biggie I can do that in paint, but I can see no way in the full reply editor to upload files from my computer? ed> I take it the attach files below and kinda outside the reply box is what I couldn't find? Yep that works, easy.
tjm 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2018 @R-Money, I found this instruction another thread posted by mikechell; it's what I just above So ... I had another member ask about posting thumbnails. Here's an SBS for it. Click the "more reply options" at the bottom of the reply box. uploading pictures 1.jpg Click the "choose files" button at the bottom of the advanced reply box. uploading pictures 2.jpg That will put you into your computer. Look up the photo you want to upload. Click on it and the "open" button, or double click the picture. uploading pictures 3.jpg You can upload as many as you want, before you start composing your post. uploading pictures 4.jpg As you write your post, you can "Add to Post" each picture where you want it. uploading pictures 5.jpg When you are finished ... click the "add reply" button at the bottom. uploading pictures 6.jpg And your post will now have all the pictures as thumbnails and clicking on them will open them to full size. Please reduce the size of your pictures before doing all of this. 600x400 pixels will give you a good size photo that won't be too large for the screen when someone opens it.
