come back safe! and dont forget to check your M16 and nailclippers. my sister had a friend over there for a while and on the way back they were allowed to go back to civillian clothing part way. they were all carrying their M16's with them in cases but as they went through airport security one guy got stopped... for his nailclippers not the M16 in his hands which he was allowed to take with him. the deadly nailclippers were imediatly confiscated.

another possiblity would be to get the traveller and just get the midge jaws for it. they only cost around 20 or 30 dollars i think

i really like my renzetti traveller pedestal. ive been getting more and more into spinning deer hair bugs and although the base will move if you pull on it at the right angle i just remember to pull straight down when flaring up the hair and it doesnt budge.

i dont know about that alex i watched a mantis eat a cricket once, pretty gruesome. they must not like the brain or spinal cord. the mantis started at the head and went down eating it all but left the brain and spinal cord hanging the whole time. pretty awesome fly though i know i dont have that kinda patience.

im pretty happy with my bass pro 5 piece rod i got for christmas. its one of the white river rods though. but anyways i havent had much to compare it to but this summer at summer camp a pro traded rods with me for a bit to try his out and he wanted to see mine and said it was pretty amazing for a 5 piece.

this seems like it would be good practice for survival fly tying when your plane crashes in the middle of nowhere
