A yak wool caddis.

Size 16. Pretty standard recipe. Tied the body with the brown yak wool in a dubbing loop. Amber poly underwing, cow elk overwing. Trimmed some of the long scraggly yak hairs shorter.

👍 - Makes a nice scraggly body, perfect for a caddis.  Can't wait to hear how the material fishes on all these patterns being tied with Yak wool.

Thanks, I thought so too. I agree can't wait to hear how all the yak wool flies fish. I'm really digging how they look and how creative the usage has been.
