Wing 'n Flash and Lite Brite is the same stuff. After you start fishing with it, the Angel Hair folds back on the fly to make it have the profile of a Sluggo or a twistertail grub. The Trout and Smallmouth here in Kentucky really dig the fly, and forum member Sparkleminnow (who designed the fly) has caught just about everything on it.
