Horseshoes 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2009 A river with a strong current runs through my town so I thought I would change up a pattern to take advantage of the strength. That is why my hackles are extra length. Have a look. As you can see I had fun yesterday.
boynabubble 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2009 I've been tying a lot of small stuff lately (#16-#20), getting ready for the spring guiding season. Mostly WD-40s, mercury midges, 3-D midges, bloodworms, micro mayflies and a few new patterns I hope will work this spring. Also elk hair caddis, thorax BWO's and stimulators. Also tying some Czech style nymphs but haven't had a chance to fish them yet.
