Philly 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 All the eyes I use are self sticking. They'll usually stay in place without using anything to hold them place. With materials where I may have a problem with the eye sticking , I'll use a small amount of whatever the head is going to . I use either silicone, Flexi-body or 5 minute Epoxy. I'll set them aside and when they've set up. I'll finish coating the eyes to hold them in place.
Guest Report post Posted March 9, 2009 The stuff I use I got from Chris Helm, it's called 527 bonder, it works great when gluing eyes on spun hair and anything else I've ever tried it on. Chris sells it or I have found it at craft stores. (Michaels or JoAnn's fabrics)

Bugsy 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 For "doll" eyes, like those used on bass bugs, I use Goop. No problems...other than the smell.

ashley 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2009 Super glue unless I'm going to coat the head in epoxy then I use nothing. I've had sticky back eyes come off so I always glue them.
