Dave G. 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2016 A 4 wt should have plenty of flex over 10 ft to not fling a fish on the hook set, just thinking out loud. No Vic, not yet, the summer got away from me LOL ! I still owe myself that build and the thought of it being 10ft instead of my original idea of a 9 ft rod was late blooming. I also spun off into this calligraphy thing somehow but I'll get there. I suspect it's going to be a Rogers blank but I'm rather partial to iM6 graphite, although my RX-7 revelation 5 wt casts mighty nice, soooo ?
