Fly Tying

I use them for all of my rods and have had no problem.

I have not found any particular brand to be better than any other.

I travel extensively with them, float planes, commercial jets, I lash them to the frames on my rafts, and my back packs.

This is off topic but steeldrifter how is your vacation going? I just looked at BPS online it looks like they dont sale them anymore.

It's going great. Had an excellent night fishing tonight. Peek into the reports section and you'll see all the pics of the trip so far.

BPS still sells them https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/SearchDisplay?categoryId=&storeId=715838534&catalogId=3074457345616676768&langId=-1&sType=SimpleSearch&resultCatEntryType=2&showResultsPage=true&searchSource=Q&pageView=&beginIndex=0&pageSize=24&searchTerm=fly+rod+case#facet:&productBeginIndex:0&facetLimit:&orderBy:&pageView:grid&minPrice:&maxPrice:&pageSize:&

I have several of the "reel on" cases and have had them well over 20 years. I've never has a tip break or any other issues. As someone above said, I am not brand loyal and will get the most cost effective one available.
