B.C.TroutHunter 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2005 What do you think is the best/funniest saying/line that you have ever seen? My all time favorite is: The trout, the whole trout, and nothing but the trout. So help me cod.
Guest Report post Posted April 8, 2005 I've seen a small comic of two guys standing in a stream, one of the guys with an open flybox holding a fly saying to the other guy. It says "Scene from a Few Good Fisherman" and then the tag line is "The TRUDE!?! You can't handle the Trude!".

Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2005 This isn't really a saying but probably one of the funniest things uttered by someone when we were fishing a few year back. It was late(3am) we were tired from being up for about 30 hours, on the river in pitch darkness and I heard a stick go "SNAP" then I heard some whittling I couldn't see my buddy because of the dark but I said..."what the hell was that?" He said "it's gonna be a bobber....I mean "strike indicator as you fly fisherman call it" Like I said it was late and we were tired

Guest Report post Posted April 8, 2005 My wife always tells me "It's not how deep you fish, it's how you wiggle your worm". Strange thing is she doesn't even like fishing
