One question though, By the rules, we can only be in one swap at a time, I am in the redfish swap, But my flies are done and will be shipped tomorrow, so does that mean I can join this one?

Rick, I must have missed that rule somewhere. I don't think it exists, so I don't think there is any problem with you joining.

 

Actually the rule is you can't host more than one swap at a time!!!

nothing much for us trout bums to do for the next few months but sit and dream or fill those fly boxes, so hows this, what is the first fly you will put on the end of the tippet on opening day?The first 15 including me with I'm in. Looks like I won't be able to tie the fly I wanted to, I ran out of the material I use for it, And I called 1/2 dozen local shops and they are out.

 

I will Tie up a different Leech pattern that is my next in line, I call it the firecracker
