February Flies from the Vice

this is a salt water fly I've tied this winter for the spring/fall run. It is bucktail, Rooster Saddle Badger, on a Mustad stainless steel 1/0.

Tell me what you think.

For a beginner you did an excellent job indeed!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement . this is a shrimp pattern I combined some various techniquespost-54906-0-43042300-1424209069_thumb.jpg the fly is deerhair,krystal flash. Badger saddle tips, pink dubbing,on a mustad 1/0 stainless steel .

edie is the MAN!!!! I would love to watch him tie in person!!!!!

 

flytier ties some MEAN flies as well!!!
