Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2022 This build is a gift for the guy that is the husband of the couple that run the motel I have been staying at for many years on my fishing trips. They always give me a better price on my room and take care of me like I'm family with bringing me fresh cooked fish dinners and such. Really nice couple that treat me well so I wanted to build this to take to him on this years trip. He doesn't fly fish so I built him a trout spin rod on a 10' 3wt fly blank which should really work well for fishing bait to trout and detecting the light strikes.
