Easternfly 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2022 Good evening all and merry Christmas. I need a little help. I'm trying to use my cobblers wax and its not working like I think it should. I've tried heating it with a lighter. I'm not sure if that is the right thing to do. What do I need to do?
niveker 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2022 Not sure what you mean by not working like it should. With my dark cobblers wax, all I ever have to do is pull a small piece off and kneed it with my fingers for a minute or so to make it pliable.

I'm trying that now but it doesn't seem to want to move, its pretty hard.
chugbug27 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2022 Might be old.... I've got a bit left of what was given to me that I think may still be fresh... happy to tear off a little and mail it to you Eastern, pm if you want. It won't be a lot but enough for a bit of fun. Will have to wait until after New years though, I'm traveling

SalarMan 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2022 It doesn't last forever unfortunately. I'd suggest just getting some new wax from John McLain at feathermc.com and starting fresh.
