Febuary 2013 flies from the vice

A variation on a fly Curtis Fry posted on flyfishfood.com. He called it a hot spot chironomid and its for early season panfish. Didn't have the colors he used and no hot beads so I used brass. Should still catch!

Ben, I don't think you'll hold on to a tarpon with that hook.

I just made this guy with a special system that allows me to attatch or remove a stinger hook at my pleasing. What do ya'll think?
