This means you will have the opportunity to fill in for any swapper who cannot fulfill his obligations in a timely fashion. So it is still possible you can participate in your fourth Evo Swap. I feel like a louse! Is there anything we can do to make things better? Maybe this year we could have thirteen swappers? I want to hear from the rest of you.
