I bought the OTT Light LED Task Lamp and it works great as a portable travel light. The color rendition is okay and the batteries last a very long time. I have an AC adapter that fits so I can run the lamp on AC if desired. I picked mine up on Amazon and the price was very good. Try using Yak Hair, typically 12 to 14 inches long. A supplier is shown below but a lot of shops now carry Yak. http://blog.saltyflytying.com/fly-tying-materials/saltwater-yak-hair-for-fly-tying/ A lot of color choices to choose from.

Like many fly tiers I use Sally Hansen Hard as Nails for head cement. I have recently found a product called Wet 'n' Wild Shine Nail Protector Clear 401A at Walgreens for $.69 cents. It works fine and is 1/4 the price of Sally Hansen.

I had purchased a Hareline 18 compartment hook box recently for $9.99. Yesterday I was in Michaels Crafts and found these boxes, 99% similar in size and function for $2.39. I picked up a couple for the price I could not pass up.
