Al Beatty 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2005 Hi Guys, I'm really curious what each of you (and significant other if you wish) do for a living. I like to get to know people and this is one way to take the first step. I'll go first: Al Beatty - self employed writer, photographer (video & still), commercial fly tier, and fly fishing product distributor. Gretchen Beatty - all of the above plus Human Resorces Specialist for the state of Idaho Transportation Department. Tight Lines - Al Beatty

Dble Haul 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2005 I manage a lab at a pharmaceutical company. We make sure that the drugs are doing what they are supposed to do, and also provide data in support of clinical trials. I also teach beginner through advanced students at a kung fu academy on Monday and Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. It keeps me in shape and helps with my own training. My wife is a microbiologist at a distilling company. She helps to ensure that the product is contaminant free and that the product is filled and labeled correctly. She also does a fair amount of teaching at the school, although not quite as much as I do.
