Noahguide 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2018 Getting ready for the last phase of the project. I test fired mounting on flies I tied for my Gkids. Having read many of the online posts and all of those suggested by folks on this forum I mounted nine flies. I used "bugle" beads to provided stand off from the background. I found these to give me the depth I wanted, but if off by just a little would sag when the frame was vertical. I remounted with smaller rounder 6mm beads and had better success.
