Hook: Alec Jackson Covert nymph size 13 Thread: Black UTC 70 Rib: Rusty Natural Dun (1st pic) Choachmen Brown (2nd pic) both trimmed down to follow the body shape. Body: Peacock hurl Throax: Chartreuse ice dub Collar: Peackock ice dub Head: 3mm black bead The original recipe calls for brown hackle but I have a saddle of this Rusty Natrial Dun hackle and thought that the light and dark mix would look better. Coincidentally I tied some Otter Nymphs awhile back. This should have been in the December thread.
