I'll take the Paradrake. It looks way interesting. BTW, Norm, September just past my son and I fished PMDs till noon then green drakes all afternoon on the Frying Pan. Amazing day we had on "The Flats" section.

yes, i remember the green drake hatch on the frying pan. great fishing

myself and 2 other friends always went when the persied meteor shower was happening in august

Ok after a few tries here's a paradrake. Still needs work. Size 12. As long as we had a Charlie Craven tutorial, I'll pick a Charlie Craven pattern. Next up Charlie Craven's soft hackle emerger.

Nice tie @sandan it came out cleaner than the half dozen I tried today.  It’s a tricky little fly.

Tails - White Fluoro-Fiber or substitute
Abdomen - Gray beaver or muskrat dubbing
Wing - White Fluoro-fiber or substitute
Hackle - Medium dun hen
Thorax - Gray beaver or muskrat dubbing

next fly up is a choice between a couple of older patterns.

a) Montana stone fly

b) Hornberg Muddler. We had the hornberg and the muddler but not the hybrid.
