Tail - Silver Pheasant (didn't have any wood duck) 

Body - Yellow Chenille or, as pictured,  yellow pipe cleaner I borrowed from my kids 

Throat and Topping  - Red Saddle Hackle 

Wing - Yellow Faux Bucktail 

Cheeks - Jungle Cock (sorry for the splits I haven't invested in quality JC yet)
