I'm moving house in May so things are pretty busy. This swap filled up in about 4 hours so I doubt you would have problems getting people to fill your swap. Just make sure its not something that has been done recently and give people ample enough time to get the flies done. The biggest plus though of a good swapmeister is communication and letting your swappers know whats going on in a timely manner. Good Luck and I look forward to joining your swaps at some point.
