I led a hike for some of my scouts along the Gunpowder Falls SP a few years ago in mid summer. I could see a few browns along the way. It was killing me not to have my fly rod, but we were there to hike. Next time I go back it will be to fish. Do you fish the Big or Little Gunpowder?
