Love the clipped deer hair at the head for extra buoyancy--should help it to land upright on the water, too. I'm adding this to my caddis box for sure. I found a dog toy in the river that had a bunch on it and I decided to tie up a few patterns.The first one I tied I did a peacock herl body and didn't like it so I went to a olive green slf dubbing.
