A flie that sort of originates close to where i live in Denmark. The story goes, that Danish flytyer Per Karlsen met a bunch of Dutch flyfishers in Haderslev Fjord i Denmark. The Dutch fishermen came every year and caught a very nice amount of Seatrout, with a couple usually on the good side of 4kg (ca 9lbs). The majority of the fish was cautht on Hollænderen (The Dutchman). Guess Per copied it and made it "famous". Here is a link to a page with an example tied by Per Karlsen http://www.kystfluer.dk/showfly2.asp?Navn=Holl%C3%A6nderen
