Dave G. 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2016 the video without all of the coding. copy paste method I did copy paste ! Some time ago my youtube ( or from most anywhere) copy paste videos stopped embedding. No idea why. That's why I don't often post them. I can click embed and it won't embed either.. I never claimed to be any kind of computer wiz bang anyway !

I'll go look at how the addresses are reading. edit: hmmm, no https://. They all seem to start with www.

Dave G. 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2016 could be a setting in windows or your browser? Probably, I've had this computer on Firefox for years now ( it's a windows 7 machine from 2011 and other than this it's been awesome). Norton keeps telling me I need to set security fields in Explorer but I don't use Explorer even on my other computer with windows 10 on it. .
flytire 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2016 firefox chrome microsoft edge they all start with https for me. however, it might be because of my antivirus software adding the https to signify a secure/safe site. www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkxL1GlZ1O8

Dave, Try this notation. https: youtube address in between[/youtube ] . Be sure to delete that extra space after the "e" in "/youtube". Kimo
FlaFly 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2016 You can easily copy that video onto your computer as a mp4. Just right click twice while it is running, and you will get a dialog box that includes "save as". You can also click on the gear (bottom right) and play back slower if you like. (or faster). Dave G. 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2016 Success that way apparently, that was just copy paste. Yahoo showed the https, so wonder why bing did not. No biggy I just left the video page up and switched Firefox from Bing to Yahoo and the page reloaded correctly.
