  1. Looks pretty good. But I'd shorten up the tail a little. Looks almost like a wooly pattern without the palmered hackle.
  2. Hey guys I need some ideas for some size 20 curved hooks I have around. I want to tie some small stuff for winter here. When I say curved I mean a scud style hook. Thanks. :headbang:
  3. I just used white thread underneath. It turned out good. I'llpost a pic as soon as I can. Thanks for the help.
  4. I basically want just the d rib on the hook other than the bead for the head.
  5. Hey could someone tell me how to attach the d ribbing without the use of thread underneath? I wanted to tie some green caddis nymphs with the d rib only and a black bead head. Thanks
  6. Just shuffle your feet. I'm from florida originally and spent many years wade fishing there without ever being hit. They will move before you even get close if you just shuffle.
  7. Looks real good. But shouldn't the hook ride upright?

    Holy shizzle that's crazy looking.
  16. I'm down with Tiemco too. :headbang:
  17. I know a place where you can order it online if anyone is interested.
  18. Absolutely beautiful. I knew I loved the outdoors for a reason.
  19. I wouldn't mind a shirt either.
  20. Why would you post just to post that's stupid. :dunno:
  21. How bout some attractor patterns. Possibly some terestrials grasshoppers ants etc... Zebra midges. That's about all I can think of right now.
  22. Yeap I'd just say shorter hackle and a little more wing. Looks like you have the pattern down pretty good though. You usually want the hackle to be from the shank to the hook point. I agree with the no wire thing too. I don't use it on mine either.
  23. Yep I'm looking forward to this one as well. I got the first one and have been waiting for another from these guys. Their movies rock. :headbang:
